For many of us, the experience of anxiety, depression, conflict and relationship difficulties can be fuelled by our own experiences of trauma. Dr Jackie Cesareo brings her training and experience in trauma-informed care to her work.

Having lived and worked in country WA, Dr Jackie Cesareo is committed to supporting quality rural mental health care. Jackie offers online assessment and therapy consultations for young people and adults living in outback communities.

As a classically trained musician, Dr Jackie Cesareo has a special interest in creativity, mental health and the creative arts. Therapy and change are inherently creative processes, and Jackie brings an understanding of creativity into her work.

Workshops and group programs offer a rewarding opportunity to gain knowledge and skills, while connecting with others who share similar experiences and offer different perspectives. A range of programs are offered throughout the year.

Jackie offers clinical supervision and training, both face to face and online. Jackie has extensive experience in health, education and private settings, and is trained in a range of modalities.
